Over the years we worked hard to develop a herd that thrives at high altitude. For over a decade we produced Registered Red Angus purebred cattle who summered at over 9500 feet. Therefore, we raised and developed bulls who would thrive at high elevation and would PAP test very well. After moving our operation to Nebraska, we kept the same genetics and are moving forward with the cow herd that we created to withstand the high elevation environment. We feel this gives our herd a huge advantage!
We believe that the bulls we are producing in Nebraska will excel for our customers due to our history of high altitude genetics. Vitality, athleticism, cardiovascular health, and longevity have been bred into our program for years. We expect our bulls to hold up and stay together when our customers turn them out for breeding. Good feet, good dispositions, and the ability to maintain condition through a breeding season is an expectation that we do not take lightly. Simply put, we firmly believe our bulls will hold up for our customers over time. |
Our bulls are raised on our ranch, weaned on the ranch, and then developed on our ranch prior to their sale. They don't leave our ranch until they are sold to our customers. We are with them every day of their life and know each one of them as intimately as a producer can know them. Culling decisions are constantly being made since we are around them every day. Performance data is taken regularly. All of this first-hand knowledge is shared with our customers to help with purchasing decisions. Honesty and integrity are of upmost importance. Satisfied customers are not only the expectation, but also the norm!
We collect semen from many of the bulls we raise and also some of the herd sires we purchase. Any bulls that have semen offered are bulls that we are using in our own program. We do not offer any semen that we do not use ourselves. Check out our website for updated semen opportunities as we try to update our semen inventory as often as possible. |
